Who Does NOT Need an Appointment

- Caregivers who attended the previous clinic and requested an appointment for the upcoming clinic at that time
Cats Without an Appointment
If you bring a cat to a clinic without an appointment, or if you bring cats in excess of the number you have appointments for, the following policies apply.
- If it is determined that the clinic has the time and resources on hand to spay/neuter the cat, we will do so after surgeries for all cats with appointments have been completed.
- A charge of $75 per cat applies to cover the cost of unexpected medical supplies, as these are limited.
- The charge of $75 is payable immediately, before surgery.
Before the Clinic
- Complete and sign the Release and Intake Form or the Release and Intake Form - Volunteers.
- Weigh the trap when empty and write the weight on top with a permanent marker. The weight on the manufacturer's packaging is not always correct.
- Cats must weigh at least 3 pounds.
- Cats must arrive in humane traps (no carriers).
